WHAT TO DO IF YOUR SERVER IS NOT ACCESSIBLE AFTER MAINTENANCE
If your server is not accessible after the maintenance - March 23, 2025, at 1:00 AM (London time), please start it manually via the Client Area:
- Log in to your Client Area;
- Navigate to Services → My Servers;
- Click the status button next to the host-name of the required server to access the server management page;
- Click the Power On button to start your server;
- Please wait for 10 minutes before accessing your server.
This is a reminder that the scheduled maintenance on our cloud infrastructure in the USA is currently in progress completed. This may affect your server(s) with host-names starting with: srv007..., srv015..., srv017...
Please note that other servers will not be affected by this maintenance.

- Start: March 22, 2025, at 3:00 PM (London time)
- End: March 23, 2025, at 1:00 AM (London time)
- Expected Downtime per Cloud Unit: Up to 6 hours
MAINTENANCE DETAILS
During this maintenance, our team will perform:
- Software updates to enhance system security and performance
- Hardware upgrades (CPU, memory, and SSD drives) to improve reliability and efficiency
As a result, your server(s) may be restarted or powered off. If you are running critical applications, we strongly recommend shutting them down in advance on Saturday morning to prevent any data loss.
