We would like to inform you that from 14 March 2020 6:00 PM to 15 March 2020 6:00 AM (London time) we will do a scheduled maintenance of our cloud hardware.
This maintenance will take MAXIMUM about 3 HOURS for each cloud unit.
Scheduled maintenance start time: 14 March 2020 6:00 PM
Scheduled maintenance end time: 15 March 2020 6:00 AM
Our technicians will do a software update and will update some servers' hardware components such as memory and hard drives.
Carrying out a scheduled maintenance is necessary and is performed by us on a regular basis every 3 - 4 weeks.
This maintenance is carried out in accordance with the Agreement and Terms and Conditions to improve the quality of services, to make security updates and to prevent technical failures.
